Manufacturing and Development of Polishing Pads
We manufacture and develop polishing pads for precision polishing applications.
To meet diverse technical requirements in polishing, we also conduct joint research with affiliated companies and universities.

Manufacturing and Development of Wiping Cloths
We manufacture and develop the wiping cloth “COTTON CIEGAL®,” designed for wiping applications.
It is used for cleaning precision surfaces and equipment across a wide range of manufacturing fields, including polishing and optical industries.

Using high-precision processing technologies cultivated in the semiconductor industry, we prototype and mass-produce polishing equipment accessories and industrial parts.
